Cesspit installation

The process for installing a cesspit can vary depending on your desired location and proximity to your building, but will usually follow a process similar to:
- An area will be excavated large enough for the tank
- The tank will be placed securely at a level, ensuring it is anchored in position
- Inlet pipes from your property will be connected, and the ventilation added
- Backfill the area with gravel or sand, leaving an access shaft to inspect, clean and empty the septic tank
