Marsh septic tanks are available in two shapes, either the traditional onion-shaped septic tank, or a low-profile horizontal cylindrical body. Both types are designed to withstand and be suitable for high water table or hard rock conditions.

This manufacture of tank do not use chalk or calcium fillers and do not produce polyethene or polypropylene septic tanks. Instead, Marsh septic tanks are manufactured using glass fibre and resin.

The tanks can be produced up to 20,000 litres – a basic family of four will require a 2,000 litre tank. The smallest tank available from Marsh is 2800 litres.
